Cancel your subscription
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Toca → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase on a new phone
In Toca: Settings → Get Toca Premium → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Delete your account
In Toca: Settings → your account → Delete account. This deletes the account and its backup. Or email us and we will delete it for you.
Start over
In Toca: Settings → Reset progress and words. This clears reading progress and saved words on that phone.
A translation looks wrong
Settings → Send feedback, or email us with the story title and the sentence. Thank you, it really helps.
